While sitting here with my friends we kept discussing about different apps about what app is up and coming. It was difficult for because nothing was coming to mind so we kept pondering. Finally, we just went with CNN because of the recent disaster with hurricane sandy. A lot of people have been feeding me information about the storm but I question how much is fact. For me personally, I do not see the news nor go on the CNN app. but I have it downloaded because last semester I had to for a class. I decided to check it out and see what it was truly all about.When you first open the app. bring you to their home page. It is different from last semester and I must say I really like it!
As you scroll down, you have the option to choose what news article you want to read.
Clicking on one gives you the option yo swipe to return to the section front of double tap to move to the next story.
Once you are reading the story, you can favorite, email, text and even tweet the article.
I personally, have a greater appreciation for the app., it helps me to stay up to date with the world!
It's ironic how you say you already had the app but haven't used it recently because I have the same app but have not used it recently to witness the format change. It really has improved. I may have to consider changing the way I get my news to utilize this app more often.
